The Board of ECA is happy to announce that Madalena Fonseca from ECA member agency A3ES (Portugal) has agreed to become Board member. The Board has co-opted Madalena Fonseca because of the vacancy that occurred as former ECA Chair Rafael van Grieken became Minister of the Region Madrid.
