The event will take place from 2 to 5 June 2026, hosted by our member UKÄ, Swedish Higher Education Authority with the following general agenda:

  • 2 June 2026: ECA Seminar and General Assembly, 10 am – 17 pm (followed by social programme and dinner)

  • 4-5 June 2026: European Approach for Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes training

REGISTRATION:

You may register for the seminar, for one or both trainings, or for a combination of both.

Registration for the seminar and the trainings is required by 5 May 2026 through the form: https://forms.gle/4WXoZvSgnjkxfDPr9

Participation in the trainings costs 550 euro. The fee for ECA members (i.e. staff from QA agencies that are members of ECA) is 350 euro. The training fee covers the costs of the training and venue, and light lunches on both days of the corresponding training. The fee does not cover any travel costs or accommodation.

After receiving your registration, we will let you know whether it is still possible to participate in the trainings. If we cannot offer you a place this time your name will be recorded on a waiting list, and you will have priority when the training is organised again.

The agenda for the seminar and the trainings will follow in the coming weeks, while descriptions of both trainings are provided below.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
