This year’s General meeting will take place in Cologne as part of the ECA Member’s seminar (16-17 June 2025).
The draft agenda of the Seminar is available HERE. You can register for the seminar until 30th of May.
A call is open to elect members for the Board and the Financial Committee.
As it is stated in the statutes, ideally the Board would consist of seven Board members. This year the Chair and Vice-Chair position have to be elected as well.
Board members are entrusted with the management of the Association and represent the policy making body of the Association (art. 7 and 10 of the Statues). According to the Statutes (art. 7) each of the ordinary Board members must belong to a different Bologna Country.
Financial Committee, as stated in the Statues (art. 11.3/4), consists of at least two members, who may not be Board member. Financial Committee is expected to audit the documents referred to financial issues (art. 11.4) and reports to the General Meeting on its findings.

NOMINATIONS:
All members of ECA are thus invited to nominate candidates to serve as a Board member or ECA Financial Committee by the 1st of June 2025.

- the name and CV of the candidate
- the nominating agency
- the vacancy for which is nominating (the Financial Committee or the Board).
