Save the date for the eQuATIC policy seminar and fresh of-the-shelve Research 31-10-2019

Join us at the policy seminar: Strategic university cooperation – data informed policy making in internationalisation on the 31 October 2019 in Brussels.

We will foster the dialogue between policy makers, decision makers at HEIs and practitioners on how to improve the quality of (mobility-enabling) university partnerships. Discussing this topic in view of the next Erasmus programme (2021-2027) can be a real opportunity to shift the paradigm on how we decide on our university partnerships.

During the seminar we will demonstrate how universities can utilise data, increase their data management awareness and thus improve their internal policies. At the moment, Higher Education are exploiting only a fraction of this potential.

We look forward to see you join other colleagues in discussing the topic, sharing your expertise and learning from the latest research findings. Mark the 31st of October in your agenda, more information and detailed programme will follow soon.

University partnerships – quantity or quality?
Some universities have hundreds, even thousands of partnerships to exchange students and staff. But how do they ensure quality?

We have conducted a research on the topic in the context of the Erasmus+ funded eQuATIC.eu project, looking at how universities collect data to measure the quality of partnerships, what processes are in place to establish, maintain and terminate agreements and who is responsible for taking decisions and administering those agreements. Have a look at the research and share your experience with us.
